Dr. Crews and his staff are the best. I let them know yesterday I had an intermittent tooth ache. They got me in this morning for a quick exam. Naturally the pain had subsided. But with xrays and Dr. Crews knowledge it was determined I may have a nerve issue in one tooth. We are going to monitor it going forward and Dr. Crews shared his emergency number in case things go sideways on me.

Crews Dental is a great dentist with all the latest tech but they don’t push stuff on you that you don’t need. They’ll make great recommendations but leave it up to you on which way to go. It’s a great experience every time!

Love this practice! Wonderful and thorough dental hygienist! I have so much respect and gratitude for Dr Crews. He is very personable, listens attentively, and takes the time to answer and explain things so that I never feel rushed and come away with a complete understanding of what is going on and what the plan is to address the issues. Great communication with front office staff as well. I drive 50 minutes each way to see Dr Crews and am happy to do so. Excellent experience here every time I have an appointment Cutting edge knowledge, excellent staff, transparent re practices and cost. I highly recommend Crews Dental!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Spalding today for my appointment at Crews Dental. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel very comfortable. I have always had great experiences at Crews Dental, have been a patient for 4 years and Dr, Spalding is a great addition to the Crews Dental staff. Wonderful office , staff and Doctors, highly recommend this practice.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my visit to Crews Dental truly meant a lot. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen and cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr. Crews has such a calm, kind energy that instantly puts you at ease. It honestly felt more like catching up with someone you trust than a dental appointment. The whole team was warm, attentive, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. I’m so grateful to have found this kind of care. Highly recommend.

Dr.Crews and the entire staff at Crews Dental get it. From the initial scheduling with Melissa in the front office, to Kathy in the front office following up to make sure all my new patient forms and previous dental x-rays were received and completed. To Rebecca my dental assistant making me feel comfortable, to the dental student being helpful and personable and finally to Dr.Crews who is a warm,empathetic and personable dentist who listens to your concerns and explains in great detail what he is doing beforehand. It all comes together in a package that I have not found in other STL dentist practices. Dr. Crews practice uses 3D imaging to make a detailed image of your entire mouth and also has T-scan(not many dentist have this in STL)which digitally measures and maps your bite occlusion. If you have a sensitive bite occlusion like I do then T-scan is the only way to go when needing an adjustment. I am thrilled with Crews Dental and know that I have found a dentist who uses data and technology to make informed decisions. I felt immediate real relief after my T-scan adjustment and I know that Dr.Crews and his team are the only dentist office I will look forward to visiting again in the St.Louis area.

I needed a new dentist because my long time dentist wasn’t taking my insurance any longer. Dr. Crews’ team made the appointment and everyone has been incredibly kind. Today I had a toothache and called to see if they could fit me in, and they did! I wasn’t sure, as a new patient, how flexible they could be but hey we’re fantastic. I highly recommend the team.

I’m feeling very happy! My previous dentist passed away, and I was very overwhelmed considering the task of finding a new dentist. I took advice from a close friend, and tried Dr. Crews. Beginning with the very warm experience when scheduling my first appointment, to the appointment itself, every staff member and Dr. Crews were amazing! They took plenty of time to explain everything. We built a treatment plan on the spot. I’m very happy to be a new, no make that an established patient of Dr. Crews!

I am a retired physician who just moved to the St. Louis area. This was my first dental experience here and I was highly impressed. The office is very well appointed, though somewhat cramped. Every person from the personnel at the front desk, to the assistant who took me back to the room and Doctor Crews Himself were all quite personable, caring, and professional. I was highly impressed with the patient centered approach. Dr. Cruz was warm, very thorough and focused on me as a person. I came away Fully satisfied and looking forward to my dental journey with his guidance
